This is to inform you about the support availability during 1st Week of May, 2015.
May 1st, 2015 is a National Holiday in India and thus considering consecutive 3 days off, we have decided to operate on 1st & 2nd May 2015 ( per normal working hours, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM ) to provide Sales and Technical Support required.
All our support channels including Sales Phone Lines, Email and Ticket based support would be operational on May 1st, 2015.
Email and Ticket based support would be available on May 2nd, 2015.
We have planned for a Complimentary off on May 5th, 2015
and thus a limited support would be available on the day. Support would
be provided only for Business Critical Issues affecting live services.
Software or Integration support would not be available on May 5th, 2015.
